AGORAPHOBIA offers free shipping worldwide.
- AGORAPHOBIA designers are based all of the world, and they will ship directly from their studios.
- Designers who make custom orders will designate on each product the amount of time necessary for manufacturing. For all other orders, designers will generally ship within 3 business days of order placement.
- AGORAPHOBIA will provide tracking and require a signature for all deliveries to insure that your package reaches you safely.
- For international orders, customers may incur customs or import duties and/or taxes upon receipt of the order. AGORAPHOBIA and affiliated designers do not have control over these fees, and therefore are unable to cover these fees. We recommend that you check with your local postmaster or custom's official for estimates on fees or other pertinent information.
- Final Sale Items: Although we'd love to be able to, we are not able to offer returns or refunds on custom orders at this time. This is beccause our designers are independent and if we factored in the cost of returns we would have to raise our prices considerably.
- There may also be some non-custom items that for various production reasons cannot be returned or refunded, and these pieces will be clearly denoted "final sale" on their product page.
- For all other orders we hope that you're satisfied, but if not, please submit a return request to us at email@example.com within seven (7) days of receiving your order.
- All returns must be approved by AGORAPHOBIA and the relevant designer. Since AGORAPHOBIA has a diverse roster of designers, return requests will be processed on a case-by-case basis. Keep in mind that AGORAPHOBIA as an empowering creative platform, AGORAPHOBIA must also take the needs and capabilities of the designers into account.
- Returns will be accepted only for merchandise that is unworn, unwashed, and otherwise in its original condition.
- If and when a request is approved, the designer must receive the return shipment within fourteen (14) days of the issuance of approval.
- Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.
- AGORAPHOBIA is not responsible for any items in the customer’s possession or en route, so we advise our customers to chose a shipping option that has tracking and requires a signature.
- At this time, we can only offer refunds of the original purchase price minus 30 USD for the original [included] shipping fees. Customers will not be refunded for any taxes or duties incurred.
- AGORAPHOBIA will issue refunds to the same method of payment used for the purchase.
- We ask that customers please allow five (5) business days for AGORAPHOBIA to process the return once the item is received. The refund should appear on the customer's bank statement within 5-10 business days.
